Jason L. Diel is a researcher currently supporting legal teams responding to asbestos and other toxic tort litigation. His primary responsibilities are to locate and analyze U.S. Navy and merchant ship design, development, construction, maintenance and repair records, plans and photographs with special emphasis on toxic substance exposure analysis. He also researches personnel training manuals and related documents with a focus on ensuring the best quality products go to his clients.

His personal hobbies include SCUBA diving in the summer and skiing in the winter with his wife and three children.
